Introduction to self & experiences

I am Jan Martin Sibulo, a hardworking and goal driven Professional Virtual Assistant from the Philippines.  
I graduated Cum Laude in my program BS Business Administration Major in Operations Management. 

I bring a comprehensive set of skills and relevant experiences that I believe will be valuable to my Clients. For my professional experience, I started working wayback 2018 and entered the industry of freelancing (VA) last 2020, offering quality services to my clients for more than 2 years already. 

I have an experience in Customer Service both voice and chat support, Operations Management, E-commerce Management, Canva Graphics, Data entry, Administrative task (as an Executive Assistant),  Email Management, and as a Precise Customer Commissioner in Alibaba. 

I aim to recognize the critical areas that needs to be develop and always look forward to be in the position of help and learning. My focus on building strong professional relationships has been a beneficial asset throughout my career. I am excited to contribute my talents, skills, and proficiency in leading your company to success.
